The best thing about this hotel is, of course, the location. It's a 10 minute walk from Times Square, and you have all the amenities right next to the hotel (great deli across the street). The rooftop pool is a plus. Super friendly staff, always willing to help us with anything. The quiet and safe area. They keep your bags for free if you check out and your plane is late (just tip 1 dollar per bag). As for the rooms, super comfortable and perfectly equipped beds.
The hotel is correct in terms of facilities, but it's a bit old-fashioned. In the bathroom we had trouble regulating the water temperature and one night the heating was not working. Please note that as soon as we told them about the heating, they changed us to another room in 5 minutes. On the other hand, I think there are people living there, because they used to take the children down to school, some of them very unpleasant, they seemed to be upset that we were there on holiday.

Conveniently located right next to a metro station and all the top attractions. Plus, it's in the heart of midtown Manhattan, so you're right where the action is! 🏙️

Had great stay for the holidays and the weather was lovely. My room with twin beds was extremely spacious and heated. The great and incredible location was minutes away from Hells Kitchen Park. And the area was walkable, just next door to the gym/pool/restaurant and Lincoln Center and all of the shopping/dining in midtown.

Very welcoming and consistently courteous staff, especially during my check-out. Magnificent central location, next to bars and restaurants, close to Times Square and subway stations.- Right in the heart of all the theaters of Times Square.- Easy walk to De Witt Clinton Park.- Exceptionally comfortable beds and armchairs in the room.- Free wireless internet access and storage provided.

The room is very spacious, the bed is very comfortable and there is enough room to keep the clothes without having to keep them in the suitcase. Among the receptionists, several were Spanish speakers, which made it easier for us to ask many things that in English are more difficult. And always very friendly and helpful. They don't have a restaurant as such (although they have a Mexican restaurant attached, we don't use it) but we were grateful that they had a coffee machine available for the clients, with that and some muffins bought outside, we had our breakfasts solved since having breakfast outside is expensive.
No WIFI in the room or rest of the hotel other than the lobby. The noise of the air conditioning is horrible, we had to remove it and thanks to the fact that it was not hot. But one day we wanted to turn on the heating and we couldn't because the programming was for cold. We didn't use the TV much, but one day we wanted to and there was no channel, I don't know if it would be pay-per-view. The shower head, is fixed and it is cumbersome to shower if you do not want to wet your hair.

Large rooms and clean bathroom. Cheap and convenient parking (10$/night)
Requested baby crib, never got one. Both, a/c and fridge were loud, making hard to use overnight, when required most. They need to be fixed or upgraded.

It would be even more pleasant if there would also be a coffee / kettle in the room.
